Il modo corretto di cadere nel Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu - The proper way to breakfall in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu


La cintura rossa Armando Wriedt spiega la differenza nel cadere tra il Judo e Jiu Jitsu. Il motivo per cui nel cadere nel Jiu Jitsu bisogna incrociare le gambe è molto semplice - dice Armando Wridt - se quando si cade non si incrociano le gambe l'avversario può schiacciarle l'un  con l'altra invece se sono incrociate si ha maggiore stabilità.
