Federico Tisi è uno dei primi ad avere incominciato a studiare il Jiu-Jitsu Brasiliano in Italia alla fine degli anni 90. Oggi insegna nel suo HQ a Roma sede della Tribe Jiu-Jitsu, un network di accademie sparse per tutto lo stivale.
 
Co-fondatore della UIJJ, affiliata alla IBJJF, organizzerà il prossimo Maggio a Roma la seconda edizione dell'Europeo NO GI. In collaborazione con la rivista Budo Int. realizza quaderni tecnici in cui spiega alcune tecniche sia basiche che avanzate. Questa è la playlist dove sono raccolte tutte le tecniche. Enjoy!

Federico Tisi is one of the first to have started studying Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Italy in the late 90's. Today he teaches in his Tribe Jiu-Jitsu's headquarters in Rome, a network of academies scattered all over the peninsula.

Co-founder of UIJJ, affiliated to the IBJJF, he will organize, the next month of May in Rome, the second edition of the European NO GI Championship. In collaboration with the  Budo Int. magazine he realizes didactical videos in which he explains some techniques, both basic and advanced. This is the playlist where you can find all the techniques.
