Allenamento intelligente."

"Protocols infinite, indecision, habits: unfortunately fitness and athletic training today are above all this. So I decided to put aside marketing and trends to get back to the basics. The physiology of exercise is the only tip the balance in my training camp. With Marvin Vettori we started this camp doing some tests. These tests are important because they allow you to calibrate your next job.
Afterwards you need to build a strength and conditioning schedule based on the technical sessions and sparring, and constantly change the work to fix minor problems that occur during the Camp.
We must remember that the physical conditioning comes AFTER the technical training, the sparring and the improvement of the fighter and must be modeled following the fighter needs and not vice versa!
Train hard nowadays is a long since passed concept. The imperative now is train smart."
